At Joann's.
This cute pear print from Robert Kaufman, and Alexander Henry Birdseed in yellow.
They are in the novelty fabric section along with this, and this in blue also by Robert Kaufman. And you can use your 40% off coupon. I got the last yard of the pears at our Joann's, and there were a couple left of the birdseed. Its just so fun to see popular designer prints mixed in with the....well...other stuff.
Can it really be Monday again already? Yikes.

What a wonderful surprise. I keep telling myself I'm going to order the pear print and somehow never seem to get around to it.
I also bought a few yards of the pears this weekend-- I was also pleasantly surprised. What are you going to do with yours? I think JoAnn is finally starting to realize that we'll buy the good stuff if they have it!
Oh my goodness! I am on my way today! Thanks for sharing that.
I love your blog and anxiously await new posts! Thanks for the tips; I'm going to go look for the birdseed one this afternoon! I went and got the Alexander Henry "Juicy" fabric after you posted about it, and made a little dress for my daughter. It's actually one of my favorite things I've ever made for her; thanks so much for keeping us updated!
I LOVE the pear print! It's fabulous.
Cheers,
Dionne
Love the pear print! I was at my Joann's yesterday but wasn't able to buy much because my baby girl was getting a little fussy...Think I'll go back today and leave baby with daddy;)
What a great find, love the pear print. I think JoAnn's is really going to start catering to the serious quilter.
Darn! I wish I had stopped on my way home from D.C. this evening!!! I'll have to make a quick trip back up the road to get some of the birdie fabric - I love it!
I SO wish Joann would start carrying more popular, less countrified, fabrics. Just more of a variety. They're the place to go if I want a homespun, kitty, bear, or calico quilt... but nothing modern at until. These finds are rare - good of you to snap them up!
oh, I love the pears! If you save your receipt...you can use the product # to order more (or I can use it!!! I love that fabric)
Hugs
Wow, I can't believe you found those at Joanns! I love the pears and the apples too. I guess I'm going to Joanns on my lunch hour to snoop around - thanks for the tip!
o. my. goodness. those pears are too cute! I'm Lara's cousin...sorry for the random commenting. I've been wanting to get into quilting for a long time and it's nice to see someone a little closer to my age who's into this!
what!? I love love the birdseed fabric...just ordered it from a seller on etsy and had to file a non-delivery report...LONG story! I still don't have the fabric, so maybe my Jo-Ann's will???!!! Love the shirt...no one will think you've gone granola ;)
I just this month finally got good enough at recognizing the good designers from the chaff at Joann's and picked up the cutest stuff! I got a lemon fabric i'm in love with that i'm going to feature in my Sunday Stash tomorrow. Love the pears!
You found Kaufman at Joannes? how rare is that? I love the fabric...congrats on your find!
Wow, birdseed at Joann's, really? I wish I had a better Joann's near me. Sigh. Good finds!
I found that same brown pear print at a JoAnn's a couple of weeks ago. Yes, I bought a yard of it. I think I am going to make a big slouchy tote bag with it. Another fabric that I got there I think is also AH. I have put it away for right now or I would verify that.
I didn't mean ALSO AH, I meant in addition to the Kaufman I got some Alexander Henry. I just looked for it in my stash and it is the lovely cream backed Route 66!!!
