Here is my cute little stack of fabric from our trip through Amish Country. The stack below is my mother in law’s, who is visiting with us from Idaho this week. She wanted a quilting lesson and a spring table runner for Mothers Day this year, so that’s on the agenda for today.
And…. I leave you with a picture of heaven in a cream stick from Amish Country. It definitely added more love to my handles just in time for swimsuit season. Awesome.
And Linda….I couldn’t leave a reply to your comment, but I will make sure to wave in your direction next time I get down that way! Or have a chance meeting at Millers Dry Goods maybe? As long as cream sticks are involved afterwards, of course. :) And if you ever need Target therapy…there are five by me.

I love the fabrics you bought, especially the polka dots.
Love the fabrics! I think that everyone loves polka dots! And the pastry looks great too!
Hey Allison, cute fabrics! When you buy fabric that you may not have a specific plan for but just like it how much of it do you usually buy? I need to build a better stash of fabric.
Great fabrics! Sounds like a fun trip. Everytime we see the Amish families at the farmers market, we always have to buy bakery from them. It's divine!
LOVE, LOVB, LOVE the fabrics! Have to say that pastry looks de-lish! And Idaho???? I love Idaho...I am from Boise...Here, AZ is not so much fun....There is a great quilt shop in Garden Valley Idaho, depending on where she lives, they have awesome classes up there and this time of the year, not a better place to be! Enjoy the visit
Love the fabrics! Do you get your cream sticks from the Truck Patch or Miller's Bakery? The Truck Patch has cinnamon rolls to die for. Next trip...
Isn't Amish country the best? I was there a few weeks ago, and don't know what I liked better, the food or the quilting stuff. I put my review of a few shops in my podcast, but I think the donuts were the best. Thanks for sharing!
