I am not new to crafting but am very new to quilting. I just finished my 2nd small project. I had been collecting pieces of red fabric and when I saw your triangle quilt it was sooo inspiring. Next I want to make myself a camera strap. Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas!

I love your spiderweb block, too. I'm thinking about doing a spiderweb quilt, but in reverse order. . .so the inside star is pieced in different colors and the spiderweb is pieced in shades of cream.

I love finding new blogs - I will have a good time working my way through this list. I am working on 2 string quilts, one for each daughter. They are cool looking, but I can only work on them for so long before I need to put them aside and work on something else. I hope to have them both done for Christmas gifts.

wow! i've been slowly making my way through this list. i think when i started it was only 150 long. and now there's 100 more beautiful blogs to look through.
It'a about 45 x 60. My sister is expecting. If it's a girl, she'll be getting it. If it's a boy, I'll keep it to myself :) and yeah-I'm quilting it myself...scared to, cause I"m not sure what I'm doing...maybe you could post a tutorial on finishing quilts?
