I’ve been running late on my quilting bee blocks so this weekend I played a little catch up….
This one is for Kathy.
This is for Jody. Its from the drunk love pattern by Denise Schmidt. ![]()
And this one is for Sam.
Now hopefully I can stay caught up!

Hi - I've been following your blog for some time and this is my first comment.
I thought your tutorial on the Double Hourglass was great. How you ever figured that out lying in bed at night is beyond me! I would have need paper, pencil, graph paper and probably a slide rule. (And a glass of wine.)
In your current post, I LOVE the block for Sam. My kinda fabrics . . . love the rich, bright colors with white.
Your blocks are adorable! and I can't wait to do your double hourglass pattern! Have a great week!
youre blocks are so beautiful!!!!!
These are all great! I'm behind as well and I just did these same 3 blocks this weekend, too! I still need to blog about them though ...

these are really lovely. i really like the last one. such pretty fabrics
Gorgeous blocks! That last one is sooooooo lovely!
I love your blocks. I haven't done log cabin or square in square in a while. Your blocks inspire me to get back to more graphic patterns.
I love the colors in the first one! All are pretty, though:)
Do you have a tutoral on the last one? Loved it!
Your blocks are wonderful.

all three blocks and colors look beautiful, but the second one for Jody, the colors and material really reminds me of hanbok, traditional korean dress. they are all very lovely~

Love all the blocks. The 30s prints on the bottom work well with that pattern.
Great tutorial below too!
My mom and I are trying to figure out the 3rd block... can you give us a hint as to how you made it or what pattern it is? Beautiful quilts! :)
