How did November creep up so soon? Luckily I finished these before November so I don’t feel as guilty that they are late.
The log cabin is for Beki, I love the black center. I added quite a bit of my own fabric so I hope she likes it!
These tiny paper pieced log cabins are for Valerie. Honestly I’m amazed they turned out on the first try. Paper piecing + Me = Bad news.
And lastly some string blocks for Sandy.
These are going to be some awesome quilts when they’re done!

I'm new to quilting - I apologize if this is a dumb question ~ why would one want to paper piece log cabin blocks?
all your blocks look fabulous; I especially like the string blocks :-)
awesome...makes me want to quilt something....which in turn makes me nervous..hehehe....someday...someday...
Great blocks. I'm sure all three of them will agree. Does this mean you are in three quilting bees?

All beautiful work.
Not sure which fabrics were your additions to the first one but they must be perfect because the block is stunning.

Haha, that first comment on this post made me laugh -- why would you want to paper piece log cabin blocks?! True, but if she saw how little they are, she would understand. :) Thanks! They arrived today in the mail! I'm glad you didn't have any problems with them.
I love the black center too! How daring. That is the fun part of visiting blogs, getting new ideas!!!
Love them all!!
Blessings,
KT
I just love those red and black log cabin blocks, great choice of colors.
WOW what a bunch of great blocks..I'm so into log cabin blocks right now I just love them...You did a great job on your paper piecing - paper piecing is great for those small (need to be accurate) projects.
What are you going to make with these - will you post pics?
