I love Valentines Day. My hubby? Not so much. I think its all the red & pink. I don’t love all the store bought junk { except for you Target }, but I do love the handmade Valentines, decorations and homemade treats. All of my decorations are still packed away, but I did get some Valentines made this afternoon.
Simple mini-quilt hearts sewn to cardstock { a great use for red & pink scraps }. I made enough to gift and a put a few in the shop including the one in the picture. Did I mention I love Valentines Day?

I LOVE hand made Valentine's, and absoutley LOVE these! They are just adorable. I might have to make some time this year to do these. Thanks for sharing!

This is so cute!
Allison,
That is adorable!
BTW-Speaking of Valentine's Day...I am organizing a Hearts 4 Haiti project for the children in Haiti. I know that lots of people have been going to the crafty bloggy list and I was hoping you could mention or post or do something to help get the word out about this project. I am trying to have lap quilts for the children by Valentine's Day. Any help would be appreciated.

I love all the red and pink~and your card? Too cute!
I would love to try something like that. You have inspired me to have a play! Kath in England
I love it! Love it all!
Love the card...but I'm thinking a quilt out of those darling hearts would be great! We'll see how it goes - and thanks for the idea! Love your blog! xo, Nan
Wow, are you organized! I'm still recovering from the holidays.
Valentine's Day is a fun, fun holiday to decorate for. And, of course, the best time to remember and do special things for friends and loved ones.
You've inspired me to get a move on. Thanks! :o)
Great idea to do that your heart is lovely.
Happy quilting,
Yoka
Wow, what a neat blog. I of course am pretty new at the whole blogging thing. I love your cards. Our MOPS group is participating in a Card Kit for Military kids with deployed parents. These would be sweet for a child to send for Valentines day! What a great idea!
Since becoming a 'grown up' as opposed to hormone driven youth...I've realised that Valentines Day can be nothing more than an excuse to spend money on things that don't necessary 'say' I love you. Your card on the other hand says I love you. You mean so much to me and I'm putting my time, imagination and energy into letting you know how much. Fabulous!
So cute! I also love Valentine's Day. I bought tons of the L'amour line by Sandy Gervais. I made a similar appliqued heart for AAQI.
Very sweet and a great idea!
okay, I just love this. love it. Do you care if I make something similar? Oh, what a darling valentine. My mother would just die getting a valentine like this from me. You are so creative. Love it.
I have visions of garlands. Love it!
I love this idea. Would you consider posting a tutorial? Maybe not this card specifically but something on random "wonky" piecing. I'm such a perfectionist who likes everything to match, lines to be straight, and order that it's hard for me to do just free-form piecing. Just a thought. Love this!
what an adorable card!
So cute!!
So with love from me I've also just given you a Sunshine award at my blog. Pop on by to collect!! :o)
Just found your blog and wanted to say "hi"...
LOVE your stuff!!
Melissa
That is so sweet!!
These are wonderful! I made about a dozen of them yesterday with my daughter, we had a lot of fun :D Thank you for the cute idea :)
This is absolutely adorable! =)
