Totally adorable, Allison! Sorry we didn't quite get together before you left Washington. Hope you are feeling well and getting settled in. I'm sure your mom is missing you!

So cute! My kids each have small rocking chairs from when they were toddlers. Maybe I'll spray paint them for their kids when the time comes.

Oh my goodness. What an adorable... I mean awful little chair. I think you should send it to me so I can get rid of it for you.... Bleh!

Actually, I'm overcome with jealousy. I love it!!!! Also, I had those sheets when I was a kid. Those exact ones. Crazy.

Ooooh- that chair looks great. It would look great in my studio when my little helper comes to help me sew.

Are you spray painting out in the cold Cleveland temps? If so, I need to get outside to do my headboard!

super cute! did you sand it at all before painting? I have my nursery rocker that is white that has been waiting to be painted but my husband tells me I have to sand it first.... ugh

The red chair looks great against those walls. Very pretty.

How lovely! We have an old children's chair that's been stained a horrible colour, I hadn't even thought of painting it such a fun colour to liven it up.

Awesome - love the red! I have an old rocker from when I was a little girl that my son now uses.... I'm thinking a glossy red would be divine!
