Way back in June…I bought this beauty for $6.
And then it sat, and sat, and finally it got a makeover thanks to my sweet hubby.
I still want to distress it, and touch up the legs..but for now I’m extra pleased with my thrift store chair. Plus it was a heck of a lot cheaper than these at Pottery Barn. Gotta love that!

What a beautiful re-do! Remarkably like the Pottery Barn ones. I love what a coat of white paint will do...
this is beautiful....it is so amazing what paint and some pretty fabric can do.
i love that color blue on your walls...what is that?

Yours has much more style and character than the ones from Pottery Barn. Love the AB fabric seat and pillow!

Wow, Allison, I love that chair it's redo is awesome! Wahoo! (and just a little opinion here: I wouldn't distress it, the chair is more of a formal style. just my 2 cents.)
Your chair turned out beautifully!! Did you sand/strip the stain before painting? Lovely. And I love the dotty seat and the pretty pillow.
