go camping with my boys
ignore my google reader
cook fast, fresh meals
play with my kids more
get a haircut
read Catching Fire & Mocking Jay
connect with friends
visit with family
blog less (sorry!)
get a lesson on fishing
go to bed before midnight
drink less soda
not compare myself to others
find joy in creating what I want….and not what is trendy
take more pictures of my kids
find ways to serve others
go on walks
enjoy it.

I LOVE this list. It's totally what is important. Thanks for posting it!
I need to make a list like this! I think I'm about due for a little blogging holiday. Instead I might go for hike, have a little fire and roast marshmallows in the back yard (its winter in Australia), and most of the things you said.
This summer I will start sewing clothing and I will sew something for myself for a change! And, like every summer, I will go for late afternoon long walks with my husband and my dogs and I'll hang out more with friends I haven't seen in a while.
On Monday, I'll be having baby #3, so my summer will involve lots of New Baby fun and hanging out around the house. Maybe I'll sneak in some sleep and sewing. I'm not holding my breath :)
Great list! This summer I'm taking a beach vacation with my honey, taking my dog for lots of adventurous walks, having cook-outs with my boys, readings lots of books on my porch.
Ignoring Reader and blogging less are on my list, too. We'll start a revolution! :)
What a precious picture!!! I think I'd have to blow that up and hang it on my wall so I could look at it every day!!:)
I plan to read Mocking Jay as well. I love that series and can't wait to read it.
Glad you are better. That is a great list. I need to work on mine! Happy Summer!
enjoying more. that kind of sums it up for me.
glad you are on the mend. it is no fun trying to chase kids while you are sick! :)
I am so inspired by your list. It's a great one! I need to work on losing some weight. My oldest is getting married in the Fall...I don't want to be the fat person in the pics! :)
Amen, Sister. Can I just copy your list? (I know, I'm so uncreative.)
Just finished Catching Fire. Anxiously awaiting MJ.
I loved the Hunger Games and Catching Fire. I couldn't put Catching Fire down! I am excited about Mocking Jay coming out too but I am more excited about all the free time I have to sew now that I am not planning a wedding anymore.
I like your "find joy in creating what I want... and not what is trendy". I am trying to do the same and when I do, you are right--there's joy! thanks for sharing your list.
Amen to finding ways to serve others. Enjoy your summer. :)
That is the most adorable picture I have ever seen. Ever. I want to squeeze that roly poly back!
I can't wait for Mockingjay! It'll be so good, I know it :D Great list, I will just say "ditto"
I have to comment on the photo of the baby on the beach. That is the cutest thing EVER! Thanks for posting it!

I will be spending some much needed relaxing time with my kids. P.S I am having my first blog give away please check it out.
sounds like a great list. i'm going to second quite a few of those myself!
What a great to-do list and such a cute little person ;0)
Enjoy!
I have Mocking Jay pre-ordered on amazon! WooHoo! I'm a (kindergarten) teacher so I'm looking forward to relaxing a bit and hanging with friends. And making stuff.... and painting the house.... and planning for September... dang, my summer is full already :)
Sounds like great way to spend summer holidays. My sons' holidays just started so I guess it's family time now, the sewing can take a backseat for awhile..:).
I hope that picture of Ben is blown up by 100x, framed and hanging in your house somewhere! AWESOME!!!
I love that photo on the beach! Hope you have a lovely summer and enjoy. Great list.
Love this list! Love this picture! I recently made my own list of 30 things to do before I am 30 (which is in 8 months) and somehow it just feels good to have it all written down. Crossing my fingers that I get through half at a minimum!
