Quilting.
Moving my sewing space.
Eating (and drinking) like crap.
Oh and F.Y.I. those Kisses came from Hawaii, which I’m told is the only place you can get them. They are so worth going to Hawaii for….the beaches are just a perk.
I’ve been planning more projects to make after my projects.
And best of all….watching this little guy grow and grow and grow right before my eyes. He’s almost 5 months…..5 MONTHS!!! Sad.
I’ve also been working a little…..at my real job. Because there’s nothing I love more than scraping teeth all day. LOVE IT. ha. :) Now back to it….we’ll talk soon!

ohhh my baby is 11 months now and I'm so sad thinking that he's not gonna be my baby anymore in a month!
I didn't realize you were into teeth, too :) There really is something satisfying about cleaning up a dirty mouth! Love your latest quilt! Love your blog!
LOVE the blues and oranges in the quilt above! LOVE!
love those baby legs!!! ahh! And I totally hear ya about working at a real job. I'm going to bump up to three days a week instead of two starting in sept and I'm kind of scared, and the 'ol blog might have to take a backseat!
Mmmm kisses with macadamia nuts. Sounds yummy. I love your Meadowsweet 2 selections. Daisy path is my favorite, but I couldn't decide what to pair it up with. They are all so pretty. Your choice of the two Henna Gardens and the dots are perfect!
Are you in the dental biz? Me too! Another reason to love ya :-)
Keep at 'er!
You must feel about scraping teeth the way I feel about drawing blood and giving shots as a nurse, LOL. Funny how we find jobs we LOVE, and other people think they are so gross. For instance, I can't do teeth; even brushing dentures made me woozy in nursing school. But needles, needles I can do, LOL.
I love the fabrics you have picked for the bag!
Hahaha! I guess I'm definitely going to have to go to Hawaii now. :)
Okay... love to look at your stuff but the thing I WANT are those kisses!!! Thanks for breaking it to us that you can only get them in HI??? Dang it!! I'm going on line... they have to be somewhere else!! YUM!!
all that stuff is so fabulously beautiful.
And what a cutie! :)
OK, so you made me look. You can buy those kisses from maunaloama.com. I don't think we really wanted to know that. LOL! Love the baby legs and the quilt he's on.
I'm jealous of your talent and those great snacks!
My first baby is 26yrs today on the 9th. Sad is right! haha...they get old and so do we. Not fair.
Keep them close and hug them lots...it feels great doesn't it?
Brenda from Oshawa,
I love your quilts and the fabrics for your bag. Just gorgeous! Have fun creating your new work space. Hope to see it when you're done!
If you are ever wanting more - don't hesitate to email me....I could pick some up for you :-)
Gorgeous quilts!
I've been planning to make the Smarty Girl Book Bag too. I love the fabrics you've chosen too.
I just got some of that same fabric you are quilting. You are the first one I have seen make something with it. I LOVE it...I also have it in paper being I also do papercrafts. I want to make a few quilted gifts with matching cards. Once I am finally moved and get all my things I can get started...it's been 2 months and I could kill to sew on my own sewing machine.
I love the quilt in the first photo. I'm getting ready to start on one similar and I'm so excited!
I love planning more projects to work on after my projects. Your work is beautiful, as is that little 5 month old MIne is 16 months and a Joy every day!
The book bag pattern (and fabrics--Henna Garden is one of my all-time faves!), the picture of the first quilt, the picture of your baby on the fabulous quilt....thanks for sharing them all!
I LOVE the first quilt! I cannot wait to see the finished product!!! :)
Love to get my teeth cleaned every 3 months too. Keeps me for getting cavities.
Maui is my favorite place in Hawaii.

Hard to believe your little boy is almost 5 months old.

(Umm, kidding.)
Hey I'm just about to start Hygiene School at ISU! I love teeth and am so excited to start... Your quilts are beyond cute by the way.
I would go to Hawaii for just for the kisses, would be the most expensive candy I ever purchase....and I'd want to hug that baby when I get home!!!!

the quilt is adorable and the baby looks so comfy on it! :)
