I am sick. Sick of candy, Diet Dr. Pepper, donut holes, donuts, Reese's peanut butter cups, tootsie rolls (bleh) and the 16 cupcakes I think I ate….I can’t be sure at this rate. Tomorrow I’m eating vegetables. Remind me I said that in the morning and while your at it make me get up and exercise too.

How funny! Ok,maybe funny isn't the best choice of words. However I know exactly how you feel... just not this year. For me it was a sad time as we had to miss the trick or treating this year due to a band contest. Our youngest (a young 6th grader) was the only one mildly interested... So today in honor of him I am going shopping for discounted halloween candy! And next year we are having our own party! Complete with candy, bonfire, football (all boys here, ha ha!), caramel apples, costumes (at least face masks/painting!), marshmallows, etc. Maybe even the whole youth department at our church!

Hurray for #1206......even if it wasn't me! I would so like to get one of those..sigh..but the cupcakes sorta make up for it. Now if I could only taste one from the computer screen!
Candy bowl of leftover give outs caused my blood sugar to flatline in the middle of a group I lead on Monday night. Thankfully other more intelligent folks were in attendance. Candy now bagged and in the cupboard out of sight. Love the table topper peeking out of your pic.
Ohhhh, I can relate! We have no trick-or-treaters, either in the family or at the door, but yesterday, for SOME reason, SOMEone decided to buy THREE bags of candy corn - at 49 cents, who could resist? Yeah, not me either. Today there are only two bags left. ugh. I'm assuming another one'll go today. double-ugh.
