I finally took a break from quilts and made some fun trinkets (can I call them trinkets or is that a man term?) to add to gifts. The pouches were made with Anna’s fabulous tutorial. The jersey posy pin (uhg…bad pic) was a “wing it” project, thankfully it was quick and easy to put together. Maybe I’ll get a tutorial put up in the future….no promises though. :)

Love the posy pin! I've always wanted to make some! Those zipper pouches are super cute...I'm scared of zippers, so I have never tried sewing one. I may just have to try one of these days :)
I love all of Anna's tutorials, I'm definitely setting aside an 'Anna day' soon where I work my way through them!!
I adore the posey pin. I hope you will do a tutorial!
Zipper pouches are on my to-do list for Christmas.
I loved your last post, by the way. I read her blog and it made my heart hurt. I just wanted to rush down there and rescue all those babies and bring them home to my house.
It's frustrating, because we aren't eligible to adopt a child because we already have too many of our own, according to the rules I read. I do donate through my church because I know I can trust them and they are amazing with humanitarian aid.
Sorry for the mini-hijack. Just wanted to let you know.
The posy pin is fantastic. We would love a quick tutorial if you find the time!!!!
Cute! I've been hard at work making Christmas presents too!
I've never known the word trinkets to be a man word. Very cute trinkets. :)
That should say To Suz love Al. Your mom can make her own.
And where did this picture of me come from?? I don't remember putting this on anything haha!
They'll love their gifts. I always love getting trinkets. They're usually more personal.
Those pouches are just lovely, I love the fabric you used.
Please post a tutorial for the pin! I have a pillow just waiting for a flower I am attempting to make up on my own. It would go much faster with a tutorial! :-)
Thank you for posting such eye-candy and the link to Noodlehead! Love her blog too and can hardly wait to make some cute lil pouches....
Have a great day!
I love Noodlheads blog and her stuff. A tute on the fabric pin would be wonderful! Thanks for sharing
love the pouches (I totally have the same phone as you) and the flower pin is too cute!
