Yesterday we made it back to the north….reluctantly of course but happy to be home. The unpacking and laundry is done (‘cause if I don’t do it right when I get home it will sit there for a month) and I’m getting back into the groove.
I’m working on another Kaleidoscope quilt for someone else to hang at market. The fabrics are beautiful…made from a line called "Summer House" by Lily Ashbury for Moda.
I’m getting excited to attend quilt market in less than 3 weeks…it will be fun to finally get out of my little blogging box and actually meet some of you. I already know what I’m going to wear:
Just kidding…although I would blend in nicely with all the quilts and you sure as heck wouldn’t miss me from a mile away.
Also only a week late…the winner of the charm packs is Mandi…I just left a comment on your blog Mandi!

Wow. Is it wrong that I actually really like that dress?? And that I 'said' it 'out loud'?
@Ruth! I agree. I would totally go for a tutorial on that Dress!!!
I totally have this collection on my "to buy" list so I can't wait to see what you make!

That looks like a great collection. It will be awesome made up in your kaleidoscope pattern!
I was about to comment to say, should I not admit that I kind of like the dress? But Jennifer and Ruth beat me to it :-) I actually think it's kinda cute!

I think that's the kind of dress that only thin people can get away with--and if I were thin, I might be interested ;)

You can make some flip flops with ribbon tied to them in matching colors and make a cute matching bag to carry around too. :-)
Don't you dare!
I'll be looking for you at market - I'm going, too! I'm sure you'll be able to pull off that little dress number with matching flip flops!
